Where does Nobu Tech ship?

Nobu Tech currently ships within the USA. Free Standard Shipping on all orders in the USA.

​

When will my order ship?

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

We currently do not accept orders being shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

Please make sure your billing and/or shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing and/or shipping information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We will not be responsible for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong address due to missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by you. Should an order become undeliverable due to the above mentioned reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of order is not allowed once the order is confirmed.

 

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information on all orders. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. We work with several carriers to ensure all packages are able to be delivered in a timely manner. If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance in regards to which carrier is delivering your package, please reference your confirmation shipping email.

 

We will not be held responsible for orders that show “Delivered”.

Should your delivery status be updated to "Delivered" and you have yet to receive your order, a claim will need to be submitted with the carrier to assist you with resolving your dispute.

 

Signature may be required at the time of delivery for applicable orders. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with the item you purchased, you’re welcome to exchange or return it, as long as it’s returned in its original condition and packaging including all of the accessories, with all labels attached, and within 30 days or receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will apply to each returned item that has been opened. Any item sent back that is damaged or is missing any accessories will not be accepted for a return or exchange and a re-shipping fee will be applied. 

 

Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping costs, and they are processed back to the original form(s) of payment used for the order. Cash refunds are not offered, no exceptions. Once we have received your return, the item eligible for a refund will be credited back within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us after your refund is processed on our end. If in the event you are not able to locate your return update in your inbox, we do recommend you check your junk/spam folders. 

 

To start an RMA, please send an email to info@nobu.tech with your order number. Ship the item(s) to the return address below using your preferred shipping provider, return labels are not provided (Nobu Tech does not pay for the cost of return shipping). Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We shall not be responsible if your item is lost or undelivered. Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at Nobu Tech.
